Dana has been an educator for many years both on the floor and in Management roles most time doing multiple roles at the same time. She has experience in Long Day care services in my rural community which includes babies through to school children.

She has worked in many positions and consulted with many other services over these years, and has a first-hand awareness of the struggles, difficulties centres, families, and educators in rural communities face every day. 

Dana is interested in ensuring that all children no matter where they are from have access to quality care and education. She acknowledges that a sustainable work force is the first step in ensuring that this quality care and education is available
