Flourish: where learning becomes leadership

A 60-minute individual coaching session after each group session, focused on you, your team and your service. Work through real challenges, practise tricky conversations, and turn group learning into lasting change.

Coaching in pairs: your director and educational leader can be coached together to build a shared direction for your service.
